1 tbs tomato paste
2 lbs olive oil
5 large tomatoes
salt & pepper
Beet and chop onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Also chop fish and octopus. Boil prawns. Keep everything separate.
Heat some oil and fry onion and garlic to a light golden colour.
Add tomato paste. Cook for a few seconds. Add wine and tomatoes. Lower the heat and cook for about five minutes.
Add the chopped fresh mint, olives, and capers. Add half a cup of water, add the boiled prawns, mussels, tuna, fish and octopus.
Season, and simmer for one hour. Serve on top of boiled spaggetti.
