Spaghetti with anchovy sauce


400g. spaghetti
25g.tomato paste
1/2 lt. water
400g. tomatoes chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1tsp. vinegar
100g anchovy
olive oil 150 g. onions
few black olives
1tbsp. dry basil


Peel and chop tomatoes,wash anchovy in vinegar, finely chop onions and garlic,heat oil and fry onions and garlic till golden brown,
add anchovy, add olives, after a while add tomatoes paste
add water and bring to boil add basil and salt and pepper and simmer on low flam, in a deep pan boil the spaghetti till aldente

  • Serve the sauce on top of spaghetti hot
