1 level tablespoon plain flour
Small tin of tomato soup
Salt and pepper
Small packet of instant potato
Add the soup, bring to the boil, then simmer gently with the lid on for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally and add a little water if necessary.
Meanwhile, light the oven, Gas 5, 190'c,
Place the shelf near the top of the oven
Make up the potato as directed on the packet and use it to pipe a border around a shallow ovenproof dish.
Put this into the oven to brown. When the meat is cooked, pour it carefully into the dish.
