  • Fillet Steak in Caper Sauce

  • Ingredients

  • 1 fillet steak (200g)
    1 tablespoon chopped capers
    1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    1 tablespoon chopped olives
    pinch rosemary
    1 tablespoon chopped anchovies
    1 tablespoon chopped onions
    1 glass red wine
    ˝glass demi-glace
    salt and pepper
    some capers and olives for garnish

  • Method
