|Fillet Steak in Caper Sauce
1 fillet steak (200g)
1 tablespoon chopped capers
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped olives
1 tablespoon chopped anchovies
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1 glass red wine
salt and pepper
some capers and olives for garnish
Heat oil and quickly fry the steaks on both sides to seal in
Add all chopped ingredients, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
Add wine and continue cooking to reduce by half add derni-glace and mix well.
Reduce the sauce again. Serve hot, garnished with capers and olives.
