CANDIED BRANDIED CRANBERRIES


Ingredients


3 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
3 c. sugar
c. brandy

Method


Arrange cranberries evenly in a single layer in 2 lightly greased jelly roll pans
pour sugar evenly over cranberries in each pan
. Cover tightly with aluminum foil
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon cranberries into a large serving bowl
add brandy, and mix well. Cool completely.


  • Serve at room temperature, or refrigerate up to 1 week, and serve chilled.
