"The Path in the Woods".

This is not a story. It is an experience. A very personal and individual experience.

It is up to you as the traveler on this path to provide the depth and color of the path you walk. The things that happen and how you feel about them are also your responsibility. At the end of the experience I will give you the keys to use for interpretation of the objects of your path and your walk upon it.

Relax now, and we will fly away in our minds eye. As we sit in this circle of brothers and sisters and invisible Beings. I would ask you all to take one deep breath into the center of your being. Let it out slow and relaxed. Feel the soft air as it passes out of the body. Feel the body sink and relax as you ready yourself to visualize the "Path in the Woods".

This is your path to walk and see with inner eyes of light. As you start out on this path in the woods. Be aware of the path itself. What it is made of and how it is straight or winding, wide or narrow. What is on the sides of the path? To the right, and to the left of you as you walk the path in this woodland. What is the sky like as you move on down the path? Is it night or is it day? Are there stars or a moon? Is the sun out, or are there clouds? Can you smell flowers, grass, earth, rock, or water? What does the path feel like as you walk down its way?

As you walk on the path you happen to look down and see a 'Key'. Something happens between you and the key. Now!

Now you are moving down the path again. You stay aware of how the path feels and what is around you. As you come around a slight turn in the path you see a 'Bear'. Something happens between you and the bear. Now!

You are on the path again staying aware of the path and all your surroundings. You can feel the path on the bottoms of your feet as you walk its ways. You can smell the fresh air as you breathe it in from the woods, rocks, and earth all around you. You are aware of how you feel inside at this very moment. As you move on down the path you come to 'Water'. Something happens between you and the water. Now!

You are now on the path in the woods again. You are moving farther down the path now. You are coming to something ahead; you can see it in the distance. As you move closer you see that it is a 'Wall'. The wall is at the end of the path. Something happens between you and the wall. Now!

Take a deep cleansing breath now that your walk on the path in the woods is over. Relax now and I will give you the keys to the path.

The keys are: The key = relationships, the bear = trouble, the water itself is mind, and the motion of the water is emotions. The wall is death.

The questions to ask are what and how you 'felt' about these things. How did the path feel to you? What was the path like and was it smooth and easy or rough and hard, or in-between. Your life 'now' is the path. Not tomorrow or yesterday, but now. The surroundings of the path are like the things in your life this moment.

Was there a key? And if so what was it like and what did you do with it? What was the bear like, friendly, mean, or what? What did you and the bear do? Did you run, did he charge you, or run from you? Was it a nice bear? How about the water? Was it deep, clear, or muddy? Was it a raging river or a mellow stream? Did you wade across or was there a bridge? The wall is death. Did you jump across, or fly. Did you stop and sit down, or did you find away over the wall to the other side? Did you try and turn back? If you got over the wall what was it like on the other side?

These are some of the questions you might ask yourself about your walk on the path in the woods.

Hope you enjoyed this experience, Bill Bricker/Uncle Cat..
