Profound personal change begins within the self. The search is always for truth. Inner serenity comes from the connection, growth and embrace in our lives of the 'action' of truth, which is love. Love is active connection.
When our action is from our personal center, and we are connected and balanced in that action, we find peace and joy.
At this point bringing on change happens by trusting in the good providence of the universe, being at peace within, acting with the spirit of wisdom and truth, and abiding in patient and balanced personal energies.

I intend to express my experiences in the mind & body connection arts. Meditation and breathing exercises, mind experiences, plus the philosophies and principles of arts such as, T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Qi Gong, and healing arts I have practiced and found to work for me. I have a Black Belt instructor rating in my martial arts experience , and over 40 years of experience in the self-healing, and mind/body connection field.
