I recently purchased this book and found it excellent. Fred explains clearly how to design a self-help program to gain control of trich. Contains reassuring advice for sufferers and their family. Discusses causes and treatment options at length, inc. medication and behavioural therapies. Also discusses coping strategies and how to prevent relapses.[more info.]
