1) Start in crouching position (on tip-toes) with hands touching ground slightly.
2) Spring off the tips of your toes and do a quick air hump so that your hips are almost completely horizontal.
3) While you are in the air with your pelvis up, kick as hard as you kick (make sure to spread your legs, my friends girlfriend kicked herself in the face one time), towards your shoulders.
4) As you kick forward, lift your hands off so you come down into the squatting position.
5) Repeat Step 1-4
