This move can be added into a six-step.
It looks really phat if you do it fast consecutively.

1) Start with all fours on the ground with your back facing the ground. Don't let your back touch the ground.
2) Bring your left hand over to your right hand.
3) Next, in a fast motion swing both your arms over your chest to the left, planting them on the ground.
4) Then keep twisting your body so your leg swing over and you land in the staring position.

Hint: If you swing your legs high it looks really phat.
