1) Put your right elbow in your gut.
2) Put your left hand above and to the left of your right shoulder.
3) Jump up into the air with both arms.
4) When you jump up, try to make yourself rotate with your left arm.
5) To complete the move do about six in a row so you go 360degrees.

Tip: This move looks totally FINE if your legs dont touch the ground and only your arms do. I recommend you work out with weights to build your bicepts up so you can do WES TYLER SPRINGS alot faster.
