1) This move is called the slushy and you will find out why it is called the slushy in a second but read the steps and learn.
2) Be in your normal standing position then do a y kick. Bring your body down from the y kick and purposely miss the ground and
slide on your side.
3) Then you stop from sliding do a kip up and just style the rest of your moves with windmills and combos.

You know like a slushy you drink like a icey well a slushy is slippery so the y kick is supposed to look like a cup and then the cup falls is sort of a smooth move to style with.
