Ok this move is real hard to start with but look really cool when its mastered. Its a bit like a continuous airtrack but only horozontal rather than angled and you do it from turtle, back to turtle.

1) Adpot Turtle position, have your left arm in stomach and right arm out to the side.
2) Jump with your hands, using your push & shoulders & legs to rotate.
3) Land on your back but have your legs ready to kick up and spin [like starting a windmill], now jump by kicking with your legs and hands[optional] and land back in turtle.

This move looks really cool if you missout the bit opn your back and just jump form turtle to turtle.
