Ok basically you start off in a basic six-step, and then go into a steady coffee-grinder or helicopter, whichever you call it. While executing the helicopter, as SOON as you jump your foot on a rotation, jump as high as you can with your one crouched foot, straight up in the air, (use your hands to push off the ground if it helps) and at the same time you go up, swing your leg back around for another rotation under your foot, all BEFORE you land. I know this might sound impossible for some bboys but I kept practicing and trust me its not, if you pull it off it will be a really dope move to add to your arsenal. Peace.
