Mummy Windmill


A mummy is done just like a windmill except your legs are crossed tight and u r using no hands. to do this move put ur left elbow into ur gut if u r going clockwise then push hard with ur hand and swing ur left leg hard to the right then a split second after that ur right leg if u do this correctly and u swing ur legs almost at the same time they will cross automatically then the rest u just rotate from ur left shoulder to the middle of ur back and then to the right shoulder.
