Whets up all this move is called the leg hop. You want to practices this on a mat or bed.
1) Standing up grab your right leg with your left hand and hold it there (not to close to your body or it wont work).
2) While in that pose. jump with your right leg up and through the hole between your left arm & right leg (DO NOT LET GO OF YOUR LEG OR YOU WILL MESS IT UP)!!!!!
3) Repeat 1-2 six times if done right it looks great this move took me a while to learn so practices this a lot.
After doing all that your left leg should be in front of you now comes the hard part jumping back through with your left leg so your going back & forth with your left leg (DO NOT LET GO OF YOUR RIGHT LEG WITH YOUR LEFT HAND)!!!
