Knee Hop Mini-Swipe

Dis move is called the Knee Hop Mini Swipe. I think it's original, but I know it's not posted. Dis move really only looks good used as a link to other moves. Be careful you can hurt your knees.

Here it goes...

Ok, first I'll explain how to do it, then I'll give you some ways to link it.

1) Start off in the normal crab position with both feet flat on the ground and your arms and legs slightly bent.
2) Decide which way you're going to do the knee hop mini swipe. I'll explain it as if you're doing it to the LEFT. Take your right hand and swing it over in front of your body and plant it about 6 inches away from your left.
3) Now slightly hop up into the air and twist your body and legs (in mid air) to where your body, face, and knees end up facing the ground. But instead of landing on the balls of your feet, land on JUST your left knee with it bent up to where your foot doesn't touch the ground. Keep your right leg bent and up in the air. It also helps to keep your legs spread a lil bit wider than your shoulders.
4) Next, use your arms (and, if needed, you can kick the ground with your left foot just enough to lift you off the ground) to push yourself up off your left knee. Once you're in the air, swing your right leg (still bent) under your left, and swing your left hand back behind you, and you should land in the starting crab position. If not, go back and try the steps again.

This move is very simple and only takes 3 or 4 tries to perfect it. If you want to go to the right just use the opposite sides. To spice the move up a little (once again explaining as if going to the left), try hopping from your left knee to your right knee (and lifting your left leg off the ground after you're on your right knee), then jump and swing your right leg to your left and your left hand around to land in the crab position.

Once you have the move down, try adding it in a helicopter, 6-step, tech, etc... If you get this move down really smooth and fast it looks cool as a link.
