Killa Switch


Okay...This move is pretty easy but I don't recommend this to be the first move you learn... You should wear a couple of skullies to protect you head, knee pads and sneakers... This move is named after the suicide...

1) Start in a crouch position. Then like you would start a suicide swing yourself backwards. (in this part keep your chin in yo chest).
2) When you roll on your back, kick both of your legs straight up so that they lift you're lower body up. At the same time use you're hands for help while you're going to a headstand. (watch the back of you're head in this part) You wont stay in ad headstand more then a second (or less).
3) Now during the microseconds that you are in the headstand you should use you're hands to push yourself a lil' bit upwards so that you're head isn't no longer on the ground. You should basically bend you're neck so that when you start coming down, your chest is the first part that touches the ground.
4) And now you lower yourself to da ground like in a backwards worm. First your chest comes to da ground, then stomach and so on... This is the point where you will most likely f*ck up you're knees and toes...

There ya have it...You need to do it in a very smooth motion!!that's da idea!! Like I said this move is probably not 4 beginnaz....At the first couple of times you do this you will most likely hurt your head, chin, chest, knees and toes...

When you get this try this lil' combo... Backwards worm to this move and again to backwards worm!! It's a real crowd pleaser combo and unexpected!! Pretty easy too!
