Elbow Pose


1) Get in a turtle position.
2) Push backwards with your hands onto your elbow, but when you push back at the same time kick your legs upwards to the sky while you push onto your elbows.
3) You should then be on your elbows.
4) When you're up on your elbows try to bend your back a bit.
