This move is called a boomerang, it is a walk or float.
Description: you have your hands in between your legs, which are spread, your hands are holding your body up off the ground, including your legs, while walking on your hands.
1) Practice holding your body up off of the ground like you would with a flare.
2) Once that your good at that, put your hands in between your legs, in your "area.”
3) Now begin to walk around in a circle by shifting your weight from hand to hand.
4) Make sure that your legs are spread wide like you would do in a windmill.
Once you've got this down, work on your speed, and try linking it to windmills, and if you can do the splits, lean over into a turtle, this is a sweet move, use it wisely.
