A Critical Message!  Bill HR 808 is currently before  the U.S. House of Representatives. This landmark  measure will setup a Department of Peace to provide practical solutions for domestic, national, and international conflict. Thousands of United States citizens are supporting this legislation thanks to www.PeaceResource.org, www.ActiveResource.org, & www.ThePeaceAlliance.org/.

     A cabinet-level Department of Peace will seek peace through communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and cultural relationship dynamics.  This department will employ effective strategies and tactics for diminishing violence in our country and around the globe. As a member of the President's cabinet, the Secretary of Peace will provide the President and the Departments of State, Defense, Education, and Justice with greatly expanded options. This department can provide pro-active support for state and local governments to address issues of violence.

     There is no reason for surrendering to war by default. When we establish peace and security for the American people, we can  reestablish our reputation, restore credibility, and reclaim our honor.  Ple ase support this effort. Write and call your members of Congress and urge them to support Bill HR 808.
