BAD TRADERS Aarron Higgins, Texas USA (www.toonarific.com) A While back I decided to do a trade with "Toonarific". We made our trading arrangements and they answered my e-mails until I e-mailed them to say I had sent them the tapes I made for them, but then they didn't answer my e-mails, of which there were quite a few.(They were requests for them to send the tapes they had supposedly made for me) . So no communication, no tapes and now I can't seem to get on to their website either at that time. After 3 months of no replies, I got an e-mail from him. He was moving house and says he had been away in India. Anyway, he tells me that he has sent the tapes to me and also notifying me he hadn't got the tapes which I sent to him. Weeks later I have still received nothing from him, furthermore I don't know how he can have sent my tapes to me as I had not yet given him my address! The only way he could have my address is by the "return to" label on the parcel of tapes I sent to him which he claimed he hadn't received. Then he tells me he sent my tapes to someone else called Daniel by mistake and it was lucky for him!! I shan't be trading with him again I would recommend that no trading is done with them as I have wasted a lot of time and effort and spent a lot of money on tapes and it cost me a small fortune in postage from England to the USA. Out of nowhere"Toonarific" e-mail me and accuse me of not sending the tapes to him and to add insult to injury I get black listed on his "Bad traders list". The man is rude and arrogant and definately has an attitude problem. I hope this information at least will help someone else. Heed my words!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been trading since 2002 and never had a problem with anyone else and no-one has had a problem with me. It is interesting to note that other people I have traded with aren't impressed with him either. I wish to make it clear that I can proove what is written above! Known aliases: toonarific.com, Stacey Ouellette (girlfriend/wife), billybobtoons, theredman01 Barry Lee, Nags Head NC USA (Muppet Monster Database Trading) I was approached by e-mail on the 7th March 2006 by Barry Lee. He wanted to trade with me for some Muppet Videos which he saw on my website. On the 12th June he asked me if I would be prepared to send my stuff to him first, (now I know why!!) I don't ususally do this, but on this occassion as I had seen some of his posts on Muppet Central Forum, I agreed, thinking that I could trust him as he was a fellow member. We ageed our trade and I kept to my side of the bargin. I posted out the stuff to him on the 19th July 2006 and he received it on the 25th July 2006. However, I'm still waiting for my stuff to this day. At one point he told me he had had surgery on his jaw on the 27th December. I have had nothing but a variety of excuses and broken promises from. I gave him 6 months to recouperate from his surgery and time to sort out his comuter problems which was another reason (or maybe excuse for all I know). I wrote to him on the 21st June 2007 to ask him where my stuff was and to tell him that I would be putting him on my Bad Traders List if nothing was forthcoming. He wrote back to me on the 26th June to promise that the stuff would be done. Consequently, I held off putting him on my Bad Traders List. As I write this (8th August 2007) I still have heard no more from him, nor have I ever received any of the stuff he promised to send to me. I have long since given up hope of ever receiving anything from him, and it it with great reluctance that I put him (or anyone) on my Bad Traders List, but I feel I have been very fair and patient with him. So I warn all you Traders out there to beware and do not trade with him. I would like to make clear that I can proove all of what I have said above.
