1. What are your hours of operation?
We usually operate from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. However, if your pet needs specialized service from one of our groomers, you will have to adapt to their individual schedule.
2. Do you work nights and weekends?
We do work some Saturdays, however, those appointments are on a first-come first-serve basis with priority given to our long-term clients.
3. What do you need from me when you get to my home?
All we need is access to an electrical outlet and parking on a level spot within 75 feet of the outlet. Please move all cars prior to our arrival, and we request that you not ask us to move our vehicles during the grooming.
4. Do you use tranquilizers or restraints on pets?
It is ILLEGAL for groomers to medicate your dog or cat for grooming, unless they are affiliated with a veterinarian's office. Also, we use no restraints of any kind on your pet, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any animal that cannot cooperate with our grooming techniques.
5. What exactly do you do to my pet?
A basic grooming includes a bath, blow-dry, and clip if requested. Ear cleanings and nail clipping are provided as well, but no refund will be provided for dogs or cats who will not tolerate these procedures.
6. What about the weather?
We do not work if it is actively snowing or thunderstorms are expected. This upsets most pets. Also, we reserve the right to cancel for any weather related reason we feel may compromise our safety.
7. What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. At this time, we do not charge for cancellation, however, if you are not home for your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse future services. (Especially with the price of gas this year!)
