| Description |
An ancient
sentient robots race is caught on a
power-struggle that lead them to Earth millions
of years ago. These robots have the ability to
become vehicles, animals and other things. The
two parties in conflicts are the Autobots
(heroes) and the Decepticons (villians). During
years the Transformers waged their war on Earth
and Cybertron untill the Decepticons was
defeated. centuries later a new generation of
Transformers re-start the hostilities as the evil
Predacons stoles a Golden Disk and the Heroic
Maximals heads after them to stop them, crashing
on a primitive planet somewhere on space and
time. |

Of all the
series I like this is my top favorite! I just
love this robots, their transformation abilites
and the myth behind them. Incredible how a TV
show made to sell toys became a fenomenal legend
on the world of science fiction. Powerfull enough
to drive new generations of fans into it and
still beign alive after so many years.
Another thing I must point out is that all
japanese TV show/myth is different from the
American show. The last was animated (IN PART) by
Toei, but under American standars. The episodes
made after the TV show was cancelled on the US
were made under Japanese standars. The same is
happening with the current Transformers
incarnations, Beast Machines and Car
Robots, which are different sequels of Beast
Wars. |
