Lemonty Racing opened there 2000 race season on a good note. March 26 Lemonty Racing ran there first race at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe Wash. Trevor "TheTornado" Montgomery managed a good solid qualifing lap in the Lemonty Sprinter qualifing in third position out of 26 cars. Next up was the 6 car dash starting on the out side front row Trevor drove the Lemonty sprinter to the front for there first win of 2000. The feature race was next starting on the inside of row 3 Trevor fought a tight race car for most of the race. He lost a couple position off the start but once the car burned off some fuel he seemed to get quicker .Trevor was then able to manouver his way past some cars to a good third place finish. All in all the LemontyRacing team was happy with there opening race of the new season and looking foreward to the next race at Wenatchee Speedway
