We are a group of friends living in Forbes, NSW, Australia, who decided to get together and share our knowledge of computers. It is co-incidental that all of us are interested in genealogy, so this site has evolved as a site for those new to computers, the internet and genealogy.
This web site was created in January, 2000, for those coming along to our home gatherings. Our members shared the site content with friends, who found it helpful, and so, the site has grown. Our aim is to help those who are new to computers, the internet and genealogy, with simple, step by step instructions, and useful sites that will encourage them to make the most of their computer, and at the same time, enjoy the experience!
