HISTORY

Welcome to the web page of Dousman Chimney Specialists. We have been serving Southern Wisconsin since 2004. Dousman Chimney Specialists is a new business, currently owned and operated by a former employee of Black Hat Chimney Sweep. BHCS was originally based out of Janesville, WI and was moved to the location of Oconomowoc, WI in early 1980's by the founder, Jerry Wendt, a retired firefighter/paramedic for Janesville and Oconomowoc fire departments.

In January of 2001, the ownership of BHCS was transfered to Rick Jorgenson. Rick is also a retired firefighter from Summit and Oconomowoc fire departments. Rick and Jerry both know very well the importance of fire and woodburning safety due to their combined decades of experience in firefighting.

WHO'S DOING THE WORK?

Due to an unrelated injury, President Rick Jorgenson was forced to give up physically cleaning chimneys this year. His hands-on work is now being completed by Kevin Wendt and Bobby Jorgenson. Their combined 15+ years of experience are sure to keep the business going smoothly. Not only is this more convienient for the company, but customers are now seen more promptly, thanks to a more broad schedule.

NEW NEWS!

Also as of the year 2000, we have pamphlets of fire safety and woodbuning safety tips. If you would like one, but are out of our coverage area, or you are one of our customers that just haven't gotten one, we would be more than happy to mail one to you.

We assure you that we are the most inexpensive chimney service in southern Wisconsin or we will meet the lower price. We say that it is better to be safe than sorry, so you should get your chimney cleaned often.

WHERE ARE WE?

BHCS is based out of Oconomowoc, WI. We proudly serve Jefferson, Waukesha, Dodge, and Washington counties. Call the phone number above and speak to an employee of our company about prices, special discounts, and making an appointment.

If you would like to see what happens when you don't have your chimney cleaned or inspected, go to some of these places on the WWW....

What happens without occasional inspection?
