General:
- This tournament is a Terence
Chapman Grand Prix Event.
- The event will be a computer paired
Swiss tournament, using the Protos programme. Players take
part in all rounds.
- Each player has 30 minutes to complete
all their moves.
- BCF Rapidplay rules apply - these will
be on display at the event.
- Rapidplay grades A - D as shown in the
July 1999 list will be used, subject to any amendment
published in January 2000. Otherwise, the 1999 BCF grading
will apply. The right to refuse or transfer entries without
giving a reason is reserved.
- Manual wallcharts will be used
throughout.
- In all dispute, the controller's
decision is final.
- The playing hall is a Non-Smoking
area.
- Light refreshments, tea, coffee,
etc. will be available at the venue.

- £8 ADULTS
- £6 JUNIORS, SENIORS(60+), UNWAGED
- £4 TEAM (Accepted on day of event)

best 3 scores to count - all entry fees redistributed as prizes. **A
Discount of 50p is available to BCF Direct Members. Entries
received on or after Saturday 27th May 2000 will be subject to a
£2.00 surcharge - No entries will be acccepted after 9.45
am on the day of the event. |
