THE WINDMILL

It started as a wild fantasy,

To provide electricity for all,

A landmark for all to come,

Standing so proud, so tall.

To raise the stone structure,

All animals toiled long and hard,

Side by side for heroic cause,

Never letting there spirits be marred.

But none worked harder than Boxer,

He labored all day and even night,

He led the others with his spirit,

Admiring his strong will and might.

One day their dream may be attained,

To build site for all to see,

They will be warm and happy,

Not to mention the subject of all the envy.
