DRY APPLE - Our driest wine, about the same dryness of a Grape Chardonnay. Made from a blend of apples to produce the fruity flavor.

 

PLUM - We recommend that you drink most fruit wines chilled, with the exception of plum. At cellar temperature this wine is very much like a fine Merlot.

 

CHERRY - This is made from sour cherries and is not dry, but tart. This wine mellows out when served with spaghetti.

 

SWEET CHERRY - Due out this Fall.

 

BLUE BOTTLE GRAPE - MERLOT - Due out this Fall.

 

FLINT BOTTLE GRAPE - A mixture of Cabernet Sauvignon and New York Red. Due out this Fall.

 

MULBERRY - Due out this Fall.

 

CRABAPPLE - A sweet, tart wine, very tasty. Crabapples have more sugar than apples, but they also have more acid (hence the "pucker" when you bite one).

 

PEAR - Crisp with a ripe mellow flavor of pears. A very delightful wine.

 

PEACH -A highly arromatic fruity wine, made from half yellow peaches and half white.

 

NECTARINE - A sweeter wine, similar to the peach, but with a distinctive nectarine flavor.

 

BLACKBERRY - Due out this Fall.

 

GRAPE - Made from Concord Grapes and tastes like grape juice. Sold out this year!

 

STRAWBERRY - Sweet Strawberry Wine - Sold out this year!

 

ELDERBERRY - A very heavy body wine with the elderberry flavor. Sold out this year!

 

APRICOT - Made from Manchurian Apricots and very fruity, it has a tawny color.

 

SWEET APPLE - Our best selling wine. A mild highly flavored wine sweetened with ripe golden delicious apple juice. Good for sipping or after dinner.

 

APPLE CINNAMON - Great on a cold day, or during the holidays, heated. Not only does it taste great it makes your house smell wonderful!

 

APPLE PEPPER - Our snacking wine. Great with cheese, crackers, or hors d'oeuvres. A blend of 95% apple and 5% chili pepper wine, blended to taste like a hot pepper jelly.

CHILI PEPPER - Made from 30 different peppers. We are the only winery in the world making chili pepper wine. Generally, this wine is used in seasoning foods and marinating.

 

Our wines are bottled in 750ML bottles with the exception of Chili Pepper and Peanut Wine which are bottled in 375ML size.

Our Winery is in the cellar of our old packing house which keeps the temperature fairly constant year-round.
