Little Joey Run
This is a song that really touched me {Janelle} and showed me that we as Christians need to be praying for those in need and looking for Jesus as there Savior {the non christians} We need to stop sitting on our butts and start doing something about it..
Go and tell the non- christians that Jesus loves them and will always... show them that Jesus is there for them and always will be.. If we as Christians can't even tell the non-christians that Jesus is there for them and always will be.. and he died on the cross for each one of us.. and you can have his salavation if you just ask and receive.. then who is going to tell them?
Well here is the song... I pray that it touches you the same way it did me!
It's called "Little Joey Run"
Little Joey Run
I read the evening paper, I can't believe my eyes the trouble that this world is in.
{Oh what does it mean?} I think I'll go to bed...
It seems alittle cold outside, just alittle brezze, better make sure everything alright...{I think I'll go light a fire.}
As I look just outside my window, on a dark and distance street, a young boy trys to hide himself from the things in the night he see.
Little Joey run
Here I am in comfort not in need of anything...
Oh Lord I'm truely thankful, but what am I to do?
{I hope I found out soon!}
As this child in the distance, who fights to stay alive, sometimes I still find it hard to sleep, but I still see him cry, whenever I close my eyes.
His a cold lonely child, who's lost in the lonely night, and it's cold outside you better find a place to hide {Little Joey Run}
And the cold wind blows, cuts to the bone, and the young boy crys, as he trys to hide...
As I wake up from my sleep, I hear the Father speak "Little Joey run to me, I'm taking you home tonigh.. even though the world around you is sleeping, You'll be warm tonight, in my holy manchen, there will be no more nights....
{No more nights, Little Joey run!}
His a cold lonely child, who's lost in the lonely night, and it's cold outside you better find a place to hide....
