Reconditioning Process
Select tractors undergo an extensive process
of reconditioning. All stages of reconditioning are
performed by highly trained technicians and subject to
meticulous quality controls. Upon arrival, all tractors
are washed and cleaned of dirt and debris. The tires, seat,
and all sheet metal are removed.

The engine is carefully disassembled and all
parts are cleaned. Each part is inspected to see
what is in need of replacing. Standard parts such
as head gaskets, piston rings and rod bearings
are always replaced. Pistons, connecting rods
and livers are replaced as needed. All
components are thoroughly checked for wear.
The electrical system is removed and inspected.
The wirig harness, switches, guages, starter and
alternator are all cleaned and tested. Parts such
as the rotor and coil are replaced.
The engine is then reassembled and tested.
Engines are ran for hours to be certain
everything fits properly and all parts are
synochronized correctly. Quality control
technicians inspect the tractor for any
problems.
For more difficult items, a metal
gringing wheel is used to break the paint
free. Dents and dings are carefully
hammered out of sheet metal.
The sheet metal, chassis and miscellaneous pieces are
prepared and sprayed.
The tractor is then thoroughly washed and
prepared for shipping.
