Shipping: $5.00 Priority mail which gets your package to you within 2-3 days from the time payment is received. Insurance can be added for $1.30 but is completely optional.
Payment methods accepted: Paypal, money order and personal check (which I will hold for 7-10 days for it to clear both of our banks...sorry..I am a very trusting person but have had some bad experiences and this protects both of us). Payment should be received within 10 days of auction close...this really is plenty of time even during the Holidays for payment to be received. If something does come up, I am very understanding. Just PLEASE let me know so we can work it out. If payment or reasonable contact is not made within 10 days, I will be forced to leave negative feedback. I hate to have to do this but I have recently checked back on a couple of my non-paying bidders only to find that they have done the same thing repeatedly since my transaction. I did not do my part as a seller to leave negative feedback and as a result other sellers lost money as well. Enough said.
Return Policy: I try very hard to list my items as accurately as possible. My items represent me and I only want the best out there with my name on it. If for some reason you feel I misrepresented an item or even if it is just not what you expected, please let me know and we will make arrangements to return and refund your item. I want everyone who buys from me to be 100% happy. This does not include clothing and accessories. I only list quality name brand clothing. I cannot provide this return policy for clothing due to obvious reasons. Therefore, please check sizes before bidding and if you need more information on the sizing or fit, just let me know. I am here to serve you. If returned an item must be returned exactly as you received it...price tags, packaging intact, etc...you get the idea.
Feedback: I always leave feedback and would greatly appreciate it if you would do the same. Feedback is everything on Ebay and I know you enjoy looking at yours as much as I do mine. I am only human and like to hear a little positive news when I have done what I am supposed to. Likewise, I know that when you zip your payment right out to me and represent yourself as the awesome buyer you are...you need a little love too :) I don't wait for you to leave my feedback before leaving yours...I typically leave it when item is shipped.
