we shall display our respect for the
Kingdom and for others by using
Proper Etiquette
In the event that we have guests
from another Realm, we strive to make
them feel comfortable. To show them that
we are a Realm in every sense.
It is our wish always, to earn
the respect of others
So, when guests are present,
we do adhere to the
following guidelines:
#1. Protocol and Addressing Titles.
Address used for a King/Queen is "Your Majesty".
"Sire" is a more familiar title generally reserved for close confidants or members
of a King's Realm.
Often times you will see "M'King" or "M'Queen" used by members addressing their Liege
- Lord or Sovereign
When addressing a King and Queen in the same room,
separate greetings should be used for both.
Prince/Princess ranks above all titled nobility and is addressed as "Your Highness".
Duke/Duchess is "Your Grace"
Graf/ Baron/Baroness/Viscount is "Your Excellency"
Count/Countess are known as "Excellency"
Equivalent to Earl (English).... Count (French).... and Jarl (Welsh)
Knight is addressed as "Sir".
Female Knight as "Dame"
Lord/Lady is addressed as "M'Lord and "M'Lady".
"Sir" may be used for a Gentleman
Squire is "Squire"
Paige is known as "Paige"
If ever there is doubt in a 'formal' situation always use the title seen in the name
ie: Queen Lisa, Prince Luke etc...
#2.Positions and Addressing.
Pope is "Your Holiness"
Ambassador is "Your Excellency"
Bishop is "Thy Grace"
Cardinal is "Your Eminence"
#3. Garb
In the presence of others, proper attire is required by all. No shirtless males, and females
should refrain from showing too much skin.
We have young realm members and visitors.
#4. Language
An attempt of using "Ye Olde English" would be appreciated.
Such as one entering a room.. "Greetings.. and name.
Upon one leaving a room.. "Fare thee well".
Abbreviations should be kept to a minimum. As in "ty" should be typed out as thank you,
"wb" should be typed as welcome back etc...
{Swearing and Nude Av's}
#5.Profanity
Ye are not to swear or wear nude av's at anytime
in this Realm. It will not be Acceptable.
Ye will only be Warned 3 times.
1st Warning: Ye will be Warned once in ims.
2nd Warning: Ye will be Warned in the open room.
3rd and Final Warning: Ye will get the last and
Offical Warning.
After Ye have had your 3 Warning's and Ye still have not
stopped your actions, then Ye shall be put on ignore by
the room.
( Please Note )
(( Residents can not Warn other's for swearing or nude
av's. Ye must bring it to :Queen,King,Prince,Princess,
Sir's, or Chancellor.))
They will take the right steps to solve the problem.))
Remember we are here to Relax and have Fun. So Please show
all Respect!
#6. Mega AVs
When entering room please always enter as normal AV.
If Thee mega without Permission from Kastlegar Title Holders
Thou will be asked to unmega and will not be allowed to mega
again untill the next day.
Remember Ye should always ask first.
( Note!!! )
If Ye are the only one in the room at the time, then Ye may
mega.
( Note again!!! )
If Thee lands on someone's av, and they ask Ye to Please move,
Please Thou should do so. ( Unless the room is full and is no
other place to sit, Then it shall be looked over.
#7. Linking AVs / IMs
Linking AVs should be left to courting/married couples.
Permission to link should always be asked.
When entering a room permission should be
asked and granted before you mega your AV.
Permission should also be asked and granted before sending an IM (unless an emergency)
#8. Tours
Touring should be started by a male and he will offer his hand to the ladies joining
and leaving the tour.
