The governing of The Kingdom Of Kastlegar
shall be the responsibility of the Crown.
The Council shall be responsible for proposing regulations.
The Crown shall be responsible
for enforcing the laws and regulations.
The Crown will do this through direct action
and by delegating action to the proper members.
The Crown shall rule benevolently.
It will be the responsibility of the Crown
to preside all matters of legal dispute.
It will be the duty of the Council to ensure
that new laws do not contradict current laws
or violate this Constitution.
The Council will consist of four (4) members
chosen by the Crown.
Membership in the Realm shall be by invitation only.
New members may be invited by any member(s)
with final approval by the Crown.
Amendments must be ratified by a simple majority
of the members and approval by the Crown.
Each member shall bear in mind
that the aim of The Kingdom Of Kastlegar
is to have a good time and fun
with medieval role-playing.
Please leave thy hassles and discontent in the real world.
Members
All Members must familiarise themselves with the Constitution,
The Laws Of The Land, The Code Of Chivalry
and Courting Protocol.
If a member does not visit or contribute to the Realm
in a reasonable time frame, his or her membership shall be
discontinued, unless notification of absence is given to the Crown.
Matters pertaining to The Kingdom Of Kastlegar and
the business of the Realm shall be within The Kingdom Of Kastlegar.
Members shall not discredit or speak ill of any other member
in open room if a conflict occurs this can be discussed in im
between parties concerned. if additional help is required to solve
the situation , the problem shall be taken to the Crown.
and a solution shall be found for both parties involved.
Members may not intentionally or indirectly cause
other members to leave or resign The Kingdom Of Kastlegar.
Members may only belong to The Kingdom Of Kastlegar
and no other Realm . Loyalty cannot be divided.
Members shall not in anyway, shape,
or manner impersonate another member.
Members may not at any time hold private meeting
to discredit and/or plan the dismissal of another member.
Personal disputes should be solved with the other party first.
If the problem continues may be brought to other members.
If it persists... maybe brought to Council Meeting.
