About Pandit Abhay Kumarji



Pandit Abhay Kumar has been a teacher of Jainism for over 25 years. He is also widely traveled and has been visiting the US for many years. He completed his formal education and earned his Masters in Commerce in 1974 at Jabalpur University. Later on, he went to receive his Jain Darshana Archarya from Rajasthan University in 1985. From 1981 to 1998, he was an instructor of Jain religion at Shree Todarmal Jain Siddhant Mahaviyalaya in Jaipur. Pandit Abhay Kumar is an excellent orator in Hindi. He has composed about 50 religious songs and one Pujan. He has also translated many Jain songs and poetry from Sanskrit to Hindi and also from Gujarati to Hindi. Some examples of his translation work include 7 volumes of Bhakti Sarover, Atmanushasan (by Acharya Gunbhadra), Laghu Tatva Visfot (by Acharya Amritchandra).
