Hello to Everyone:

Not sure how to start; but, here goes! Chris is making progress now. It seems we are moving forward a bit. We still have a long road ahead of us. The doctors are trying to get his infection under control. His fever is continuing to spike due to the infection. But, the doctors are very pleased with his progress.

To all the moms and dads out there that I know and those that I dont, I want to thank you for all of your support and prayers, through this. I pray that none of you ever have to go through anything like this with your children. It is truly a parent's worst nightmare. But, please, please keep the prayers going. I do believe they are being heard.

A message to all the young people out there: from the bottom of my heart, Thank You. The cards, letters, posters, calls, emails, flowers, support, and, above all else, the prayers have kept me going. To know that you all love my son this much is so over-whelming. All parents want their children to have good friends! I know for a fact now that my son is blessed! I am truly grateful to you all. As soon as he is able to have visitors, I want you to come and show him what you have already shown me. Your love and support will be a big part of his healing. Keep the prayers coming, as it is not over, yet. I know with the Lord's healing powers and all of your love and support, he will totally recover.
