Somebody asked me the other day why I wanted or needed my own website. I couldn't give them a good answer. I told them I had some recipes I wanted to share, which I do, but then I got to thinking. I'd really like to do something good and worthwhile with my website. Maybe make a change in someones life, or help someone. Then my dad Raymond came to mind, along with several other members of my family who have suffered with and died from cancer and emphysemia. Also, I'm hoping my own story about my battle with a severe weight problem will help someone live a longer, healthier life. Please don't skip "My Story" or "My Battle", and be sure to visit the links on these pages. This isn't all doom and gloom, we'll have some laughs along the way. All I ask is that you stop, think and become aware. It could save your life or the life of someone you love.
