As you know Cameron was charged with 4 counts of fondling a minor for lustful purposes. However, these charges are as bogus as they come. The "victim" in this case wrote a letter to a Ms. Regina Carter telling her the charges against Cameron were false and that she was made to say he raped her by the district attorney, Jim Hood, and her social worker, Mrs. Pammy Davidson. E.K. (name not disclosed because of her minor status during the case) had the letter delievered to Ms. Carter, who in turn handed it over to her sister-in-law who passed it on to one of Cameron's attorneys. John Fox, one of the defending attorney's, and Doug Todd, Cameron's father, had Ms. Lilian Hutchinson, a handwriting expert from Texas, exam the letter. In her statements, Ms. Hutchinson proved that the letter was indeed an authentic letter written by E.K. In court, however, Jim Hood had Ms. Hutchinson's statements banned from jury hearing on the grounds the he did not know about the letter, which he did, and Judge Henry Lackey, the presiding judge over the case, had Ms. Hutchinson's statement banned from court because he "didn't know the qualifications to determine expert status." Ms. Hutchinson has appeared in several courts over the last 25 years as an expert, and yet in Houston, MS, she couldn't testify as an expert because the judge didn't know the qualifications to determine an expert??? Is this how we want out court systems to be? Below is a link to a petition signing. If you want to help with this, please sign.
