This assembly contains a Purchase Parkway sign. I think it is in Tennessee. IIRC, TN thinks US51 runs along the Purchase Parkway while KY thinks US51 runs thru downtown Fulton, but I may have it backwards, or I may be wrong altogether.

Union City has a wrong-way multiplex of US45W and TN22. Stupidly enough, however, US45W is not signed along the multiplex, with only TN22 signage present.

Wow! US70A is a N-S alternate route for an E-W highway! |JUST KIDDING| In reality, south should be west and north should be east. (6/18/01)

More stupidity from TDOT... The sign at the north end of Martin told me that Business 45 went straight and mainline 45 went to the right. However, "mainline 45" turns into an independently signed section of TN43. At the end of the Martin bypass, there is a JCT 45 sign assembly, with the business route signed as a mainline route. And I thought Hamilton, AL was bad... (6/18/01)

This is a really, really blurry shot (that's what I get for trying to zoom in WHILE taking the photo...). According to Billy Riddle, West TN and Northeast TN use this type of directional marker, which in my opinion saves lots of money and is equally readable. Okay, not-so-readable in this photo. :-) (6/18/01)

This is a secondary route signed as a primary route. Also note the "City Park" sign underneath. This is in Milan, TN. (6/18/01)

Interesting sign on northbound 45 north of Jackson. This is just south of the split. (6/18/01)

AAA! US412! GET IT OFF MY SCREEN! (just kidding) North Parkway in Jackson (I was wondering about this) is signed as Business US412. US412 is a major violator of the highway numbering rules, as it is over 500 miles from US12. (6/18/01)
