This possibly unreflective sign tells people that US72 goes to the left, but in reality US31 goes to the left (and the right). Not too far north of here is ALTERNATE US72. Therefore, this is a DOUBLE error AND probably an old sign, too. (7/21/01)

This sign is found on westbound AL24 just east of the intersection with AL101. Either this is a true error, or the arrow on it got knocked down. (7/21/01)

Okay, to get to Grenada, I go east on 7. But, MS7 is a NORTH-SOUTH highway! This is also the beginning of a short wrong-way multiplex, so it's an extra-cool sign error. (The actual direction IS east, by the way.) (10/28/00)

Gee, I have no idea what HYW stands for. Maybe it stands for HIGHYAW? (10/00)

Interstate 178 is Tupelo's newest (and only) Interstate! It is incredibly substandard! It breaks the rules! It doesn't connect to another interstate! This sign should say MS178, not I-178. Also note that the Interstate colors are not used. In addition, the US45 sign is a cutout (probably not an old one tho) and in reverse colors. (7/31/00)

Why the heck was MS7 renumbered as part of US49E? (Okay, it's a
sign error.) (10/28/00)

This is a sign for "Business MS145" between Tupelo and Saltillo on the Natchez Trace Parkway. These signs originally said Business US45, but when MS145 was certified they forgot to take down the Business banners. Every MS145 sign on the Trace has a Business banner. There is also one I have found on South Gloster Street in Tupelo. (4/7/01)

This sign is found on eastbound MS6 west of the MS76 intersection. I had no idea MS6 ended at itself, but I guess it does. :-) (Actually, this should say JCT 76.) (5/19/01)
Sign error in Oxford. MS-6 no longer runs thru there (it should be Business MS-6), and MS-314 has no business route. (11/01)

This is a secondary route signed as a primary route. Also note the "City Park" sign underneath. This is in Milan, TN. (6/18/01)

Yet another Tennessee error. This should say SPR18, not SSR18. This may be an older sign, however, as the current primary route signs were not in use until the 1980s. (6/18/01)
