The Chambers of War
You enter a large building, at first amazed by the size of the structure, but now in complete awe. Enclosed in the building is a courtyard big enough to contain the entire army of the Harbor and then extra room for more! There is a large room with a balcony and a grand staircase leading up to it. You go to investigate. The stairs lead to a doorway with massive bronze double doors engraved with images of war and a smooth iron plate in the middle, engraved with "Deathclaw the Assassin: High General of the Armies". You decide not to go in after all. You walk back down to the courtyard, where several soldiers are lounging about, playing cards while on their break. They point you in the right direction.
