Sunsteel Fortress
The guards let you inside the fortress and you approach a throne at the far side of the great room. A female wolf is sitting in it. She speaks. "I am Empress Selipa Moondeath, ruler of the Harbor and all those other titles that I can't remember myself but I make all the beasts that live here recite every day." You decide to report what you heard about the vermin roaming the area. She laughs. "Oh, yes, of course those goodbeasts around here would think that, wouldn't they, and they forgot to tell you that they are from Moondeath Harbor. Yes, I keep my trackers patrolling the area. We don't want to be ambushed. Not that I think any group of beasts could take over the harbor, but it's better to be prepared, don't you think?" She smiles and shows you where you can go in the fortress.
