Any Healthy Choice microwavable dinner with meat in it

Lowfat chicken and dumplings

Saltines or Rye Crisps with nonfat cheese and lean meat

Lowfat or nonfat chips with nonfat cottage cheese as dip

Grilled lowfat cheese and lean ham whole grain sandwich

Lowfat lasagna with part skim ricotta, nonfat cottage cheese, lowfat other cheeses, and lean meat

Baked beans with any lean meat

Homemade bran muffins, replacing oil with applesauce, and using a low sugar vanilla protein powder and either blueberries or diced apples and cinnamon as flavoring

Homemade chocolate pancakes with flavoring coming from a low sugar chocolate protein powder mixed into the batter

Unsweetened applesauce with a low sugar protein powder mixed in

Lean pockets and any meat
