I gotta say I'm a little surpirsed that there isn't any ranting and raving about the Johnny Damon trade! I knew he was going to be in pin stripes come Jan. I so called it! Good him and his wife can go! They wont welcome him with open arms in NYC; speaking of arms, hey we always know when we play the Yank and Papi hits one to dead center, he can jog those bases all he wants! Sure he was the best lead-off man in the league but what a sucky throwing arm! I bet half way through next season he realizes he's actually a righty! What a dumbass! And as for his wife, she was always really bitchy to me, so peace out! And she better hold onto D-man tight, cause there are plenty of strip clubs in NYC and she may be replaced! Atleast no one has to suffer through her inStyle crap segments on NESN! Now we need to get rid of Hazel Mae!
I can't believe Mirabelli, Muller, Millar and Damon are all gone now, as well as Theo, Edgar and Olerud (he retired)!
I say we cut our loses and start rooting for the Dodgers- I bet LA and NYY or Mets make the playoffs next year! With Steinbrenner continually collecting his own little Boston Red Sox World Series players, and now Grady scouting every ex-Sox player in the leagues! I'm headin' out to LA and cheerin' for the RED SOX of the WEST, who's with me... their stadium doesn't get as cold on opening day as our does!
