Hey, thanks for inviting me. hmm I like a lot of sports...this year I found an interest in running and I'm also joining the swim team. So that will take up the school year and then in the summer I'm planning on playing softball, basketball, and joining dance. Since I'm a beginner in running and swimming if anyone has any tips or anything feel free to give me some...:) I can't wait for swim team to start! :D...yeah idk...

It sounds like you are very active. When I was in High School I would train with the Track Team during the summer. The main concern of many runners was to have a really comfortable and well made pair of running shoes. We ran 3K every weekday and worked out with weights too. I felt that monitoring steady breathing was also important, as well as keeping your arms swinging to avoid bad stomach cramps.
