The Reynoldsburg Road Crossing at Twentymile

The Reynoldsburg Road crossed Twentymile Creek here near Frankstown. The original 1833-34 survey shows it crossing approximately where the old truss bridge crossed. These strange rocks were a natural landmark. Remember that this was an animal trail that was used by indians as a foot path--later, horses. When wagons came along the crossing probably moved downstream (east).
