• 3. Thou shall not be mad when W1WCR Vicky jams you of 3.950 when you violate 1 and 2.
• 4. Thou shall not call the FCC to complain of Vicky W1WCR because it hurts him in the back door.
• 5. Thou shall put apple jam on your microphone if you violate 1 and 2.
• 6. Thou may not want to handle any emergency traffic on 3.950 if you do you will be jamming the frequency.
• 7. Thou shall not know what to do anymore if you get the jam.
• 8. Thou shall not cry if the Liberty Net Jams you.
• 9. Thou shall not lie or make bogus tape recording of the EAST,WEST,SOUTH or NORTH.
• 10. Thou shall call someone else where you can have a QSO without the jam from the EAST like VICY W1WCR.
