 1. (I am the Lord thy God…. who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me.)

I am God, expressed through you

Within you, and around you.

You shall not cloud your awareness of me

With outward obsessions.
2.(You shall not make…nor bow down to any carved image of anything that is above the land, on the land or beneath the land…)

You shall not create these blocking obsessions,

Be they of the mind, of the body or of the emotions;

Nor view your world from lack,

Abasing yourself and begging for crumbs,

But accept instead your true role as Co-creator with God.

(I am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers…upon the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, and showing loving kindness unto…those that love me and keep my commandments.)

Even when you manifest ignorance of God’s true nature

Through many continuing states of consciousness

You need only rediscover our Oneness

For the power of your Self-Love to grow again.

 3.(You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.)

You shall not combine the great I AM

With destructive or inferior purposes for

This statement has the Power of Truth

And will become Truth.

4.(Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.)

Regularly take time away

From the busyness of your life

To keep open your channel to God
5.(Honor they father and thy mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God has given you.)

As you recognize your spiritual Oneness with God,

Also recognize your intellect and your feelings

Accepting your whole Being in complete health.

Likewise, accept this Wholeness in others

And set them free to follow their Inner Guidance.

6. (You shall not murder.)

You shall not destroy your relationships with others

And damage your consciousness of God

With judging or self righteousness;

With labels which limit you and others,

Or with the expression of fear based emotions.
7. (You shall not commit adultery.)

You shall not look to the outer world

For fulfillment of your desires

Which can only be fulfilled from within

For there is the Kingdom of Heaven.

 

8.(You shall not steal.)

Do not generate attitudes of

Personal possession or hoarding

Which block your channel to God.

All riches are freely available from your Source,

To use with gratitude and share with others

As generously as God has shared with you
9.(You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.)

You shall not deny anyone’s spirituality.

Be true to their Oneness with God in all you say,

Remembering that Being statements about them

Have the same awesome power of “I AM”.

10. (You shall not covet.)

Do not see others as better Creators than you

Nor wish for anything they have created.

Have confidence in your own Creative abilities

And you will more than meet your own desires.
