Family Album

Leanne is my oldest daughter. Her boys and their activities, church and her interest in geneology and needlework, and of course, her job, keep this single mom very busy. Her latests needlework project just won a blue ribbon at the local fair.

Christopher ,12, is proud of being taller than his mom. He plays sax, is an avid reader and is active in Boy Scouts with the rank of Tenderfoot. His present goal is to go to Harvard and become a palentolgoist--discover of extinct species, for those of us who aren't up on our "olgists"

Jared is 9, and his present goal in life is to avoid as much work as possible and play as hard as he can before the chores of life catch up with him--or mom, whichever comes first. He is a Bear in Cub Scouts, loves animals and says he wants to be a veterinarian.

Sue is my second daughter, here with husband, Randy. These young grandparents like to spend their vacations riding their motorcycles with other "yuppy bikers". Their most recent accomplishment was to get their very large back yard planted to grass this summer.

Jeremie and Kim with son, Brian, age 3. Both are going to college in Fairbanks. And both work. Need I say more about how they spend their time? Brian is a "man's man" and although he loves his Grandma Sue, Grandpa Randy is really the apple of his eye.

Tami and Ben with son, Christian, 4. This small family just moved out of Alaska so Ben could continue his studies to become a lawyer. Sue took Christian on theplane to his new home when she flew down for the Buell reunion. And now he insists that Grandma Sue taught him to fly!

This is my son, Ken and his wife, Deb. Ken is an electrician and Deb is a cosmotoligist. Beside their work, being the parents of two active boys, keeping up their home and running marathons keeps them busy.

Nick is 14 (oh no!) and he is our Jock. Baseball, wrestling, skating, basketball....if it's a sport he likes it and is probably good at it. And like most kids, Nick also likes computers and is often better with them than his folks.

Brandon is 8 and has a special love for animals. He is always on the move but he inherits that from his dad so no one is surprised and we know he will turn out just as great as dad! Already, he copies dad in his enjoyment of people and his role as family clown.
